A TOWN centre door supervisor - who was found with around £6,000 worth of cocaine - will be sentenced next year after pleading guilty to a number of offences.
Ricardo Hudson, 42, of Bly Road, Darfield, was arrested on Hanson Street on November 19.
He pleaded guilty to possession of class A drugs with intent to supply at Barnsley Magistrates’ Court on November 22, before appearing at Sheffield Crown Court yesterday.
Officers recovered approximately £6,000 worth of cocaine, weapons, cash, and other items believed to have been the 'ill-gotten' proceeds of crime.
Inspector Peter Spratt said: “I hope the arrest of Hudson demonstrates we will not tolerate this type of criminality.
“If you have information which could help us put those involved in serious and organised crime before the courts, let us know and we will take positive action.”
Hudson has been remanded in custody and will be sentenced on February 15.
